Bedroom 2: King-size bed, en-suite shower room, and private balcony. This room can be converted into 2 single beds. A staircase leads down to the main living area and swimming pool level.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed, en-suite shower room, with easy access to the private swimming pool.
The open-plan living area features a spacious kitchen, living room, and a large dining table. The living room overlooks the pool and offers fantastic views of the bay. A cinema room with a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests.
The villa also has a guest toilet for added convenience.

Within a couple of minutes walk of the villa there is a shop, coffee shop, bar and two restaurants in nearby Kokkino Chorio village.
Plaka village is a 5 minute drive where you can find supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine
There are many options when visiting local beaches in the area.
The ‘Secret Beach’ is a small secluded beach 800 meters from Kokkino Chorio and the village of Almyrida has a lovely sandy beach and is abundant with seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers numerous watersports activities for those guests who are more adventurous, including, diving, paddle boarding, wind surfing and sailing.
The villa is perfectly situated between the city of Chania and the large town of Rethymnon and both offer historic charm and are beautiful to visit.
We highly recommend a day trip to the world famous beaches and lagoons of Balos and Elafonisi. An hour and a half away, these spectacular areas are recognized as being amongst the top beaches in the world with truly amazing and unique landscapes.
